According to Herbert Bayerl, project leader for the car. Apparently it will also completely destroy the the Range Rover SVR's time.

It's estimated that the new X6M will run around the ring 20 seconds faster than the previous model, which clocked in at 8:24. The E92 M3 ran around the ring at a brisk 8:05. Note that these are both times of completely stock cars. Very impressive IMO. The X6M is on the same level as the beloved M3... Color me surprised.
